Find some videos of you surfing (it is ok if the quality is poor)​

1. Contact me to schedule a time (ca.1h) that works for you

2. send me your surfing footage

3. Video analysis via zoom or google meet (+/- 1 hour)

4. You will receive a folder with: Goals sheet, theory videos, land based training and surf skate exercises.

5.  Film your skating or dancing (land based training)

6. Video analysis of your skate or dance footage

7. Repeat (until we reach your goals)
